I've spent more than two decades teaching people all over the world how to use EFT Tapping.
It's been quite an adventure!

​I began my therapy career as a Reiki practitioner, so energy work has always been at the centre of my offering.

But I've always been really interested in psychology too.
​
So when I stumbled upon the concept of Energy Psychology, and energy-based approaches like tapping, it felt like all my dreams had come true!

Thirty years ago, my main priority was to overcome my own traumatic experiences, so I saw EFT principally as a self-help tool.
​
But the journey of working on my own trauma led me to a more profound understanding.
​
Tapping is one of three keys to accessing the deeper truth of who we are as human beings.
(The Enneagram is the second, and combining the two creates the third, but more about that later....................)
​
If we're willing to allow it, there is a soul purpose to EFT, and that became the focus of my teaching.​
​
As a self-confessed inner truth seeker, my passion is, and always has been, to support tapping practitioners who strive to raise their game by "doing their own work".
My mission now is to share the Enneagram with EFTers who are ready to go to the next level in their own transformation.
